Through consistent, reliable work, we have built a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget.  We have developed mixed use retail and professional space,  and also work with real estate investors in land acquisition and financing for distressed property and foreclosures. We provide all phases of development including design, planning, permitting, financing, construction and offer property management and commercial real estate and leasing services through our affiliation with Intero Real Estate Services. Some notable projects include Incline Village Plaza office and retail center (22,000 sq ft), Indian Hills Retail Plaza (30,000 sq ft), and Incline Athletic Club (27,000 sq ft).
